Uplift not tear down

Tips to Uplift your spouse not tear them down.

1. Always express your love in words and in actions.

2. The little things in life do matter (A kiss goodbye).

3. Never tear down your spouse in front of others.

4. Acknowledge when you need to apologize and do so in a loving manner.

5. Realize you are both human, which means you both make mistakes, have to forgive and forget your spouse, both have feelings, have hopes and dreams, and both need support, protection, safety, and appreciation.

6. Take time to work on your marriage - this means have time to communicate.

7. Try to do some of their household duties without telling them you did it.

8. Know that words cut deep, the wounds can be slow to heal and are easily reopened if more hurtful words are said.

9. A good bedroom life draws couples together if done in respect and geniune love.

10. Most importantly, pray for each other, and pray together.
